Livin is an award-winning not for profit housing association based in County Durham. They work hard to help improve the lives of the people living in their communities and have embarked on a journey of digital transformation to better serve their tenants’ online needs.

To support Livin on this journey I teamed up with their digital transformation partner, Everest Media and designed, wrote and delivered:

Online tone of voice

I created a helpful guide summarising Livin’s vision, values and personality traits, including working examples of ‘dos and don’ts.

Online content guidebook

I worked with SEO specialists to create a guide with practical tips and tools to help the team write optimised website copy. The guide included advice for adding images, videos and structured content that are Search Engine Optimised (SEO) and customer-focused.

Copywriting workshop
